Fusion is a medium density residential development with 146 units in a six-story wood-frame building. This development is the first purpose-built rental in Surrey City Centre in the last 10 years!

The design includes a series of townhomes at the ground level to animate the pedestrian realm with individual entrances along 96th Avenue. This building incorporates a beautiful brick and Hardie exterior and features a dog run in the courtyard, rooftop lounge space, party room, and a fitness center!

One of the mandates of this development was to revitalize, revegetate, and maintain the adjacent West Quibble Creek, allowing for greater demonstration and sustainability of one of Surrey’s waterways.
